Benefits & Member Specials
The separation of the abdominals down these muscles can occur as a result of pregnancy or obesity, or other conditions where excessive strain is placed on the stomach muscles from behind.
Why It’s Right for You
The program with Diastasis Rehab works on pregnant women, women, children, men, and pre-abdominal surgery patients. If you qualify for one of these categories, this program was designed to specifically tighten and strengthen the connective tissue between your ab muscles.
Why It’s Not for You
While the core-strengthening techniques can help any person who wants to tune-up their six pack abs, this method is not for you if you do not have Diastasis Recti. In order to sign up for the program, you will also have to pay a cost between $100 to $185 depending on selected program, though there are opportunities available to get a discount of $20 to $35 off.
Results Expected
The programs offered through Diastasis Rehab are only 12 weeks in length, which focuses largely on their Tupler Technique programs. With dedication, many inches off your belly can be seen throughout the program as your core muscles gradually come together.
Nutrition
There is some nutrition counseling offered through the program but not available on their website; when you sign up for the program, you will have access online to a number of teachers and other clients for support.

In order to sign up for the program, you will also have to pay a cost between $100 to $185 (depending on selected package), though there are opportunities available to get a discount of $20 - $35 off.

The women and professionals who work with you are dedicated to your overall health right from the start. Their service is very personal, even if they are not in person with you. While you are taking the course with others, there are only at most 14 people in the course at one time.
-

-
A Certain Amount of Discipline is Required:
Participants in the program still have to participate. Even with the coaching and trainer access, it can be hard to keep up with the program. Women who are pregnant or with young children might especially run into troubles with this, since time is required for the program.
-
You Will Need to Know for Sure about Your Health:
Because of the nature of exercise, you might need to make an appointment with your doctor first. This program has been designed for people who have the weakened core muscles as a result of Diastasis Recti. If you do not have this condition, a regular ab routine might work better for you.
-
Injuries or Physical Decline can Hamper Progress:
If you have medical conditions, such as pregnancy, any injury can throw you off your progress.
-
Payment:
The payment of $225 might not be best for someone who works long hours, has a lot of duties to take care of, or faces any challenge that cannot be worked around.
-
Products May Need to Be Purchased:
In addition to the course price, there are several products that the company makes which may be needed for pain management or relief. There are also books and DVDs which can be purchased separately that may be recommended at some point.
I don’t write reviews, this is actually my first one but I want to help other women out there to do a good decision about their after pregnancy fitness regime. Tupler Technique and Mutu system are probably the best programs out there for women during pregnancy and post pregnancy. You will have to spent time on the exercises every day but you will see excellent results and it will encourage you to stick to the program vigorously.
Btw. I looked like 6 months pregnant after I’d delivered my 2nd baby. I tried numerous exercises and programs and nothing worked for almost 2 years. I had a feeling some of the exercises were actually making the belly worst. Then I read about diastasis recti and this program and I’ve sticked to Tupler and Mutu since then. It literally saved my self confidence and wellbeing. After 6 months of exercising, I am so happy with the results, my belly is almost flat. My relatives always compliment on my belly appearance now saying that I look like pre-pregnancy. I have to admit, I also gave up sugar and generally eat more healthy but it goes hand in hand with these programs.
