This free plan includes the most popular classes across all 3 studios. Options for all fitness levels are available. Workouts are 25 and 40 minutes long.

30 day plan
This plan is perfectly balanced for improving your overall fitness and getting results. Varied cardio, strength and rebalance workouts. The workouts are 25-40 minutes long.
Duration: 4 weeks, 4 classes a week.

Fiit mum #1/#2/ #3/ #4
These series of plans are created to restore a woman’s body after pregnancy and labor. FIIT MUM #1 Is based on yoga, Pilates and low impact strength classes to restore your abdominals, pelvic floor, and core muscles. FIIT MUM #2/#3/#4 gradually raises the strong impact and lets you become strong, healthy and beautiful. The trainers recommend moving through the plans chronologically. The plan is good for women after both natural and abdominal delivery.

Lift
This plan is designed to build your strength and burn fat.
Duration: 6 weeks, 4 classes a week. Light or medium dumbbells are used.

Resistance
This plan strengthens muscles that can’t be trained during bodyweight training. The plan includes strength, cardio, and yoga classes. Equipment: long loop, short loop and thera band.
Duration: 4 weeks, 4 classes a week.

Breathe
Reduce stress and think more clearly. Explore effective breathing techniques, calm your body and mind with world-renowned Breathwork expert – Richie Bostok.
Duration: 6 weeks, 2-3 classes a week.

Movement master
Improve your flexibility, focus, and range of motion. Mindful combination of yoga, mobility flow, and Pilates. The workouts are 25-40 minutes long, depending on your level of experience.
Duration: 6 weeks, 4 classes a week.

Total burn
This plan aims to burn maximum calories, tone muscle and build stamina. There is a benchmark class to track progress. Rebalance workouts are also included to prevent injury.
Duration: 6 weeks, 4 classes a week.

Super Fiit
This plan is focusing on fast results toning your muscles, improving flexibility and burning calories.
Duration: 6 weeks, 4 classes a week.

Feel good with Fearne
Yoga flow with Fearne Cotton is aimed to make you feel calm and strong.  You’ll practice Vinyasa and Hatha yoga with alterations of all levels. Duration: 4 weeks

Pilates body
This plan is focusing on mastering Pilates techniques, improving your balance, posture, and coordination.  Duration: 4 weeks, 2-3 classes a week.

Real strength
This plan aims to tone and strengthen all your muscles and burn calories. Workouts are 25 and 40 minutes matched to your level. Duration: 6 weeks, 4 classes a week.

Abs & glutes
Build strong abs and glutes and burn calories with this plan. Duration: 4 weeks, 2-3 classes a week.

Low Impact 360
This free plan includes strength, mobility and cardio training. It is not a low-intensity workout. But it gives balanced workouts to become stronger and more flexible.
