Equipment:
If you exercise at home, you’re going to need:

Alexia Clark shares her own recipes with her students. The diet is nutritionally balanced and diverse. The menu is ever-changing. The program includes 3 meals and 2 snacks every day. Plus a weekly shopping list.

There’s a weekly shopping list that will help you plan your diet and budget and will save you lots of time. This is a substantial plus because many programs offer menus, but far not all of them provide you with such a practical option.
