Prenatal, Postnatal, Diastasis Recti, Toning, Core Strength, Cardio, Corrective.

Benefits & Member Specials

The program includes safe diastasis recti fat-burning exercises, and healthy nutritional guides for women who have just given birth.

MuTu is a program for post-pregnancy exercises specifically geared to help women recover their pre-pregnancy bodies. While there is no monthly or weekly membership, it is a program you can buy for either $67 or $97 and subscribe to emails.

Why It’s Right for You

If you are a woman who has recently given birth and find yourself wanting to get your body back, this is a good system. If you can’t get rid of your post baby belly no matter how much you exercise and no matter how many months/years have passed, this program is the right one for you. Mutu System aims to close abdominal gap (diastasis recti) caused by pregnancies by targeting core rebuilding with specific exercises and giving you back your flat pre-pregnancy belly. It also focuses on pelvic exercises, and overall body toning.

Why It’s Not for You

This exercise program is focused on specific reactions to what happens to the body during pregnancy such as weak pelvic floor or separated abdominal muscles (diastasis recti – Read what diastasis recti is here.). Chances are, if you have been exercising with a focus on these two issues, your diastasis recti test is negative and your post baby belly is flat, your body has probably adapted the same areas this program targets.

If you are a man, or you have not had a baby, or your diastasis recti test is negative (Please read here how to test if your abdominal muscles separated here), you might try to choose a different program based on your preferences on our website.

Results Expected

Results are expected to be slow and steady for the post-pregnancy body, but the results pick up speed as time goes on and you stick with it. There are lots of success stories posted on Mutu System Facebook pages on weekly basis, women closing their abdominal gap and achieving flat bellies even after multiple pregnancies.

Five Pros:
  1. Focus:

The best thing about this is that it is specific for post-birth exercise, targeted at problem areas for new mothers. There is also help for expectant mothers and not-so-new mothers who can still gain confidence from the exercises.

  2. Accessibility:

The program is purchased for use in the home, so you can keep your baby nearby while you work out.

  3. Nutrition:

The program comes with help on food and nutrition specific for post-baby bodies.

  4. Keeps it Simple:

The program is very linear and easy to follow.

  5. Confidence:

The workout routine is specifically designed to give mothers a boost in confidence during their post-baby beginnings. This is important because of all the hormone changes the body is going through as it reverts back to its pregnancy stage.

Five Cons:
  1. Discipline is Required:

This exercise program is focused on women who have recently had babies. It requires a level of commitment to work, and with a new baby around, this can be tricky. In addition, the nutritional aspect also requires discipline, and if a mother is breastfeeding and needs more calories, it can be difficult to keep willpower engaged.

  2. Limited Use:

MuTu is a single program for postpartum exercise; once you are finished with the program, you will no longer need it, unless you decide to have another baby and use it after that baby is born.

  3. Time Commitment:

The program is 12 weeks long, and part of the discipline required for time has to include planning after maternity leave, if applicable to your situation.

  4. No Gym Required:

While this can be a good thing, it can also be a bad thing. One of the best things I’ve found about being a new mom is the need to get away and reclaim myself, and new mothers often can find a rest from motherhood by going to a gym and working out while Daddy or others watch their kids.

  5. Individual Pursuit:

As a new mother, it can be difficult to exercise without one’s friends, particularly if you did it before pregnancy. This program is designed for the individual, so there is limited socializing available.

After I had my first baby, I soon realised that my tummy just won’t go easily into the pre-pregnancy shape. I always had flat stomach (more problems with hips) and I was a bit sad about my new flabby belly (I had 4 fingers gap). I did lots of research about my condition and learned about Mutu System via iFitnessPrograms.com website. I’ve been now following the Mutu program for about a year. First I’d focused on the 12 week program and now I just repeat some of the exercises to keep up the results I’ve achieved. I managed to close the gab between muscles to 1 finger and my belly is as flat as before my pregnancy. After I finished the 3 months program, I started incorporating some HIIT trainings into my routines and it all really helped.

+ PROS: Not much time needed for the sessions Great videos demonstrating exercises step by step Visible results after 3 weeks.
    - CONS: I would prefer to have the exercises more dynamic as I like to literally get out of breath, but that's more a personal experience and once you restore your core, you can mix Mutu with HIIT
