Insanity: The Asylum is a total body workout program which is created by Shaun Thompson and BeachBody. The program is designed to provide you with the physical conditioning necessary to play at the top of your game regardless of your sport. The workout makes use of plyometics, stretching, cardio, and strength training to help you build up fiery speed and agility, as well as the endurance and stamina necessary for the most aerobically demanding sports. This amazing workout lasts for 30 days, meaning that you will spend a full month performing the same high-intensity drills used by pro athletes.

YES! But the nutrition plan doesn’t seem like enough calories. In my own view, it is designed for first timers trying to lose weight or want melt away unwanted pounds. If you just come off another intense Beachbody program, you will almost definitely need more calories.

Summary

To nut the shell, Asylum lives up to its name.  But pragmatically, if you have done Insanity, you are ready for the Asylum.  Most of the complexity is in the difficulty of the moves, however, if you are looking to improve your performance in your sport, or simply want to get a great body in 30 days, try Asylum; it is quite funny, creative, intense, and there is a ton of variety day to day, you will never get worn-out or get tired while doing this amazing workout.



Five Pros:
  • The exercises are very easy to adhere to and the actions are all clearly detailed.
  • Great results in a short time if intense workouts are your cup of tea, then this program might be the right fit for you. You will get great results in a short span of time.
  • Inexpensive compared to a year’s membership to a gym
  • Numerous of the moves in the Insanity Asylum workouts are new and also a lot more tough than those in the initial Insanity collection.
  • Asylum functions exercises that are similar to the extreme training most athletes obtain when competing.


Five Cons:
  • Asylum is not everyone. If you are not in intermediate form, at minimum, you could not be able to complete the exercises.
  • There are only six workouts, so the program may appear recurring if it is not combined with others, such as P90X or Insanity.
  • It is hard to follow If you have not worked out before then you are probably going to struggle with these workouts.
  • You need even more room than various others in your home exercise programs.
  • The workouts are what are called High Intensity Training and there is a lot of high impact moves. For this reason, if you have any injury or pain you definitely want to start out by doing the Insanity Fit Test and assess your current level of physical fitness.
