Why It’s Right for You

A gym such as this is an online version of an exercise video buffet. There are different classes you can take, from Yoga to strength training to no equipment classes. There are several different instructors you can get to know through their exercise videos, and there are also specific classes for 5-minute workouts to 60-minute workouts. You can really pick and choose your routines, and it doesn’t have to take a lot of time.

Why It’s Not for You

You can always email them, but their fitness routine are routine-building, not relationship-building.

While the classes, with all their different levels, styles, teachers, and lengths are impressive, there is very little room for regulated or hands-on guidance when working through the site.

Results Expected

Because of the varied classes, results are expected if you stick with it and you’re looking for results in a certain area. You can’t do all the Yoga routines and expect to be able to do some dead lifts the next day.
